Our Story
Major Services began in 2016 when Shannon Goad, a retired Army Major with 20 years of service including deployments to Afghanistan, sought to apply his leadership skills to serving the community in a new way.
Starting as a small operation in Hutto, Texas, our family quickly grew the business by focusing on reliable, high-quality services for pools, lawns, lighting, and outdoor structures. Today, we serve residential and commercial properties across Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, and beyond. We build lasting relationships with our clients through personalized, family-style service and meticulous attention to detail. Our name is a nod to Major Goad's military rank, reflecting our commitment to "major" excellence in everything we do.
